Kiosks
Quick service restaurants or cafeterias looking to offer Chicago’s best ice cream in a single-serving, pre-packaged format should look into Bobtail’s kiosk offering.
Here’s how it works:
1. You meet with a Bobtail representative to assess your space, equipment needs, and appropriate product mix.
2. Once the location in your business is agreed upon, Bobtail orders equipment for delivery to your location.
3. Once the equipment is in place, Bobtail brings you your first delivery.
4. Once a week you call Bobtail with your inventory levels, and Bobtail restocks you based on seasonality and demand at your location.
Kiosk Products:
4 oz. Single Serving – Offered in Chocolate, Vanilla Bean, Mint Chip, Peanut Butter Chip, Cookies & Cream, and Cappuccino Yogurt, this single serving is the perfect snack that retails between $1.90 and $2.25.
4 oz. Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich – Offered in Vanilla Bean or Mint Chip, this is a single-serving treat that combines a homemade chocolate chip cookie with our homemade ice cream. Retails between $2.25 and $2.50.
8 oz. Half-Pint – Offered in Chocolate, Vanilla Bean, Mint Chip, Peanut Butter Chip, Cookies & Cream, Signature Sunset, Daley Addiction and Cappuccino Yogurt, this slightly larger serving is good for sharing or taking home with a meal as dessert. Retails between $3.00 and $3.50.
16 oz. Pint – Offered in Chocolate, Vanilla Bean, Mint Chip, Peanut Butter Chip, Cookies & Cream, Signature Sunset, Daley Addiction and Cappuccino Yogurt, this is the most common ice cream size sold in grocery and convenience markets. This is ideal for the customer looking to feed multiple people dessert, or stock up their freezer at home. Retails between $4.35 and $4.65.
Scoop Shops
We also sell at wholesale prices to cafes and ice cream shops looking to scoop super-premium homemade ice cream in cones, cups, sundaes and shakes. Before we supply our product to scoop shops, we make sure that they are fully trained on product quality, equipment maintenance, ice cream merchandising, and soda jerk skills. We can also order equipment or help with the design process for new businesses.
